Terms of Use

By purchasing these notes, the purchasing organisation (Purchaser), in the spirit of the Finnish copyright laws, agrees to the following:

1§ License to print and perform music purchased from Blosari Kustannus Edition (Blosari)

Blosari gives rights to the Purchaser to print copies of the sheet music and to use them and copies made from them in rehearsals and performances.

2§ Agreement not to redistribute music purchased from Blosari

It is forbidden to give, purchase, copy, loan, rent, or sell, in any form, sheet music music purchased from Blosari.

3§ Access to the pdf-files containing the purchased sheet music is limited only to the Purchaser

It is strictly forbidden to give access to the pdf-files or a link to such files containing sheet music purchased from Blosari to any third parties.

4§ Access to the link to pdf-files is limited to 7 days from the time of purchase

The Purchaser is allowed access to the link to the purchased pdf-files 2 times for next 7 days from the time of purchase. Access will also be removed if the terms of this agreement are broken by the Purchaser.

5§ Perfomance notification is mandatory

The Purchaser promises to report to local performing rights organisation of any performances or recordings of music purchased from the Blosari that they organise.

6§ Jurisdiction and governing law

The Purchaser agrees that all claims and disputes between Blosari and the Purchaser that arise out of or relate in any way to these Terms of Use and/or your use of this Site will be governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to the principles governing conflicts of any jurisdiction. You agree that you will bring any claims and/or disputes that you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, the district court of Helsinki, Finland (“Helsingin käräjäoikeus” in Finnish) as the first instance. If you are, however, a user who is a consumer in Finland may, however, submit the claims and/or disputes to the general court of first instance holding jurisdiction in the district where you is domiciled provided, however, that you are domiciled in Finland. You are a user who is a consumer in Finland shall also be entitled to seek a recommended resolution to the dispute from the Finnish Consumer Complaint Board (“kuluttajavalituslautakunta” in Finnish).
