1\u00a7 License to print and perform music purchased from Blosari Kustannus\u00a0Edition (Blosari) <\/strong><\/p>\n Blosari gives rights to the Purchaser to print copies of the sheet music and to use them and copies made from them in rehearsals and performances.<\/p>\n 2\u00a7 Agreement not to redistribute music purchased from Blosari<\/strong><\/p>\n It is forbidden to give, purchase, copy, loan, rent, or sell, in any\u00a0form, sheet music music purchased from Blosari.<\/p>\n 3\u00a7 Access to the pdf-files containing the purchased sheet music is\u00a0limited only to the Purchaser <\/strong><\/p>\n It is strictly forbidden to give access to the pdf-files or a link to\u00a0such files containing sheet music purchased from Blosari to any third parties.<\/p>\n 4\u00a7 Access to the link to pdf-files is limited to 7 days from the time of purchase<\/strong><\/p>\n The Purchaser is allowed access to the link to the purchased pdf-files\u00a0<\/span>2 times for next 7 days from the time of purchase. Access will also be removed if\u00a0the terms of this agreement are broken by the Purchaser.<\/span><\/p>\n 5\u00a7 Perfomance notification is mandatory <\/strong><\/p>\n The Purchaser promises to report to local performing rights organisation of any performances\u00a0or recordings of music purchased from the Blosari that they organise.<\/p>\n 6\u00a7 Jurisdiction and governing law <\/strong><\/p>\n The Purchaser agrees that all claims and disputes between Blosari and\u00a0the Purchaser that arise out of or relate in any way to these Terms of Use and\/or your use\u00a0of this Site will be governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to the principles governing\u00a0conflicts of any jurisdiction. You agree that you will bring any claims and\/or disputes that you\u00a0submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, the district court of Helsinki, Finland (\u201cHelsingin k\u00e4r\u00e4j\u00e4oikeus\u201d\u00a0in Finnish) as the first instance.
